Intel Core i7-11800H
Intel Core i7-11800H - высокопроизводительный мобильный процессор для игровых ноутбуков и мобильных рабочих станций. Принадлежит к семейству Tiger Lake H45 и был представлен в середине 2021 года. Содержит 8 ядер Willow Cove, которые способны обрабатывать до 16 потоков одновременно. Базовая рабочая частота зависит от TDP и составляет 2.3 ГГц при 45 Вт. Максимальная частота одного ядра может достигать 4.6 ГГц, в то время как все ядра одновременно способны работать на 4.2 ГГц. Объем кэш-памяти третьего уровня составляет 24 МБ, контроллер памяти поддерживает DDR4-3200.
Благодаря новой архитектуре Tiger Lake, 11780H аналогичен и даже немного превосходит Core i9-10980HK в однопоточных и многопоточных тестах, а также должен быть как минимум аналогичен Ryen 7 5800H.
В процессоре интегрирована графика UHD Graphics с 3 вычислительными блоками и по архитектуре аналогична Iris Xe. Процессор поддерживает PCIe 4.0 (20 линий), поддерживает аппаратное ускорение операций машинного обучения, а также имеет встроенный контроллер Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 и Wi-Fi 6E.
Производится процессор по 10-нм техпроцессу Intel SuperFin, который сравним с 7-нм процессор TSMC. По умолчанию TDP составляет 45 Вт, чего достаточно для 2.3 ГГц, а при уменьшении показатели до 35 Вт процессор может работать на частоте 1.9 ГГц.
