Intel i7-1195G7

Intel Core i7-1195G7 - энергоэффективный четырехъядерный мобильный процессор для ультрабуков, принадлежит к семейству Tiger Lake U, представлен в 2021 году. Сочетает в себе 4 ядра с архитектурой Willow Cove (8 потоков). Каждое ядро способно работать на частоте от 1.3 ГГц до 5 ГГц (в зависимости от TDP и многопоточности нагрузки). Максимальная частота при нагрузке на все ядра составляет 4.6 ГГц. На момент анонса, Core i7-1195G7 является первым по производительности в семействе. 

Нововведением также является новая встроенная графика Intel Xe, основанная на архитектуре Gen 12. Производительность у нее намного выше, чем у Iris Plus G7 в процессорах Ice Lake. В случае i7-1195G7, она обладает 96 ядрами и работает на частоте 400 - 1400 МГц. 

Кэш-память третьего уровня у процессора и графики общая и насчитывает 12 МБ. Кроме того, Tiger Lake поддерживает PCIe 4.0 (до 4 линий), ускорение операций машинного обучения и обладает частично встроенными контроллерами Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 и Wi-Fi 6. 

Чип производится по улучшенному 10-нм техпроцессу SuperFin, который по словам Intel сравним с 7-нм техпроцессом TSMC, по которому произведены чипы AMD Ryzen 4000. 

TDP теперь динамический и может регулироваться от 12 до 28 Вт, потому процессор идеально подходит только для легких и тонких ноутбуков.
