Intel Core 5 315

Intel Core 5 320 - это небольшая SoC из семейства Wildcat Lake. В нем используется 6 процессорных ядер в двух кластерах. Два быстрых производительных ядра из серии Cougar Cove работают на частоте от 1,5 до 4,4 ГГц, а четыре ядра E с низким энергопотреблением (архитектура Darkmont LP) - на частоте от 1,4 до 3,3 ГГц. Это делает Wildcat Lake похожим на более быстрые чипы Panther Lake. В отличие от идентичного Core 5 330, Core 5 320 не поддерживает программу проверки Intel Stable IT Platform Program(SIPP).

Из-за меньшей на 200 МГц (5%) тактовой частоты ядра разница в производительности с самой быстрой моделью Wildcat Lake, Core 7 360, должна составлять максимум 5%. Поэтому на сайте https://edc.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/performance/benchmarks/intel-core-processors-series-3_1/ более старый Core 7 150U Процессор все равно должен обойти Core 5 320.

Core 5 320 поддерживает до 64 Гб DDR5-6400 и оснащен небольшим графическим процессором Intel Graphics iGPU с 32 EU. Интегрированный NPU предлагает 16 TOP (Int8).

TDP составляет 15 - 35 Вт (Base - Turbo), что делает SoC подходящей для небольших ноутбуков и маленьких встраиваемых систем. Процессорный чип SoC изготовлен по современному техпроцессу 18A в Intel.
