Intel Processor N97
Процессор Intel N97 - это мобильный процессор начального уровня для тонких и легких ноутбуков из серии Alder Lake-N. Он был анонсирован в начале 2023 года и не имеет производительных ядер и предлагает 4 из 8 эффективных ядер (ядра E, архитектура Gracemont). Чип не поддерживает HyperThreading и разгоняется до 3,7 ГГц. Производительность ядер E- должна быть похожа на старые ядра Skylake (сравните с Core i7-6700HQ ). Все ядра могут использовать до 6 МБ L3-кэша.
Производительность
Производительность должна быть между Процессором Intel N100 и Intel Processor N200 и явно ниже Core i3-N300 и N305 из-за уменьшенного количества ядер.
Характеристики
Чипы Alder Lake-N поддерживают только одноканальную память до DDR5-4800, DDR4-3200 или LPDDR5-4800. Чип также поддерживает быструю синхронизацию и декодирование AV1 (скорее всего, это тот же движок, что и в Alder Lake). Кроме того, частично интегрированы Wi-Fi 6E и Bluetooth 5.2 (но нет Thunderbolt). Внешние чипы можно подключать через PCIe Gen3 x9 (через PCH).
Интегрированный графический адаптер основан на Xe-архитектуре и предлагает только 24 из 32 EU (Execution Units), работающих на частоте 1200 МГц. Из-за одноканальной памяти, низкой тактовой частоты и малого количества шейдеров игровая производительность iGPU очень ограничена.
Энергопотребление
Базовое энергопотребление N97 составляет 12 Вт, что вдвое больше, чем у N100. Процессор построен по усовершенствованному 10-нм техпроцессу SuperFin компании Intel (он называется Intel 7).
