Intel Core i3-1005G1
Intel Core i3-1005G1 - это энергоэффективный двухъядерный мобильный процессор для ультрабуков, принадлежащий к семейству Ice Lake. Анонсирован в Мае 2019 на Computex. Сочетает в себе два ядра с архитектурой Sunnycove, которые способны обрабатывать до 4 потоков одновременно. Базовая частота составляет 1.2 ГГц, а максимальная 3.4 ГГц (одно или два ядра).
Согласно Intel новая архитектура обладает на 18% более высокой производительностью на такт и потому процессорная производительность должна быть на уровне Core i7-7660U. Наибольший апгрейд получила встроенная графика 11 поколения, которая названа UHD Graphics G1.
В Core i3 встроена самая слабая версия графики UHD Graphics, которая содержит 32 исполнительных блока из 64 возможных. Частота видеоядра может составлять от 300 до 900 МГц. В более производительных моделях процессоров используются Iris Plus G4 или G7.
Среди других усовершенствований в архитектуре Ice Lake можно отметить наличие аппаратного ускорения задач машинного обучения (ИИ), а также частичную интеграцию Wi-Fi 6 и Thunderbolt 3. Встроенный контроллер памяти поддерживает модули с частотой до 3200 МГц.
Core i3-1005G1 произведен по новому 10-нм техпроцессу на фабрике Intel и, по словам последней, аналогичен 7-нм процессу TSMC. TDP чипа указан на уровне 15 Вт, потому он подходит для тонких и легких ноутбуков с активной системой охлаждения. Intel позволяет производителям ноутбуков настраивать TDP на уровнях от 13 до 25 Вт. Вариант с 13 Вт не способен работать на частоте выше 900 МГц.
