Intel Core i5-8365U
Intel Core i5-8265U - энергоэффективный четырехъядерный процессор семейства Whiskey Lake. Представлен в апреле 2019 и является частью семейства WL-U с поддержкой vPro имеет более высокие рабочие частоты - обеспечивается это за счет улучшенного 14 нм++ техпроцесса производства. Архитектура же осталась прежней. Рабочая частота лежит в пределах от 1.6 до 4.1 ГГц (3.8 для двух ядер, 3.7 для четырех).
Особенности
Встроенной видеокартой по-прежнему является Intel UHD Graphics 620 , а контроллер памяти поддерживает все те же стандарты (DDR4-2400 / LPDDR3-2133). Технология Thermal Velocity Boost не поддерживается. Совместно с процессорами Whiskey Lake используется новый PCH, который произведен по 14 нм техпроцессу и поддерживает и USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Гбит/с) и CNVi модули WiFi/BT.
Производительность
Так как архитектурно процессор идентичен прошлому поколению, производительность на 1 мегагерц не изменилась. Производительность чипа зависит от эффективности системы охлаждения и лимитов TDP, которые заданы производителем. Благодаря повышенным частотам имеет небольшое превосходство на своим предшественником Core i5-8250U , но на практике разница незаметна.
Видеокарта
Встроенная в процессоре видеокарта Intel UHD Graphics 620 никак не изменилась со времен прошлого поколения. Интегрированная графика Intel UHD Graphics 620 может конкурировать с дискретной GeForce 920M . Она относится к поколению Intel 9.5 и не связана с чипами 8-й генерации Kaby Lake.
Энергопотребление
Производителем TDP по-прежнему указывается на уровне 15 Вт. Производитель может задавать иной уровень от 7.5 до 25 Вт.
