Intel Core i5-3339Y
Intel Core i5-3339Y - низковольтный процессор для ноутбуков, основанный на архитектуре Ivy Bridge. Благодаря технологии Hyper-Threading, его два ядра способны одновременно обрабатывать до четырех потоков данных, что позволяет лучше использовать ресурсы процессора. Оба ядра работают на базовой частоте в 1.5 ГГц, но способны автоматически ускоряться с помощью технологии Turbo Boost до 1.8 ГГц (2 активных ядра) или 2 ГГц (1 активное ядро). Как и другие Core i5 семейства Ivy Bridge, он оснащен 3 МБ кэша L3. Архитектура Ivy Bridge - усовершенствованная архитектура Sandy Bridge с улучшенной производительностью как процессора, так и встроенной видеокарты. Производство процессоров Ivy Bridge перешло на 22-нм техпроцесс (процессоры Sandy Bridge производились на 32-нм) и использует 3D-транзисторы, позволяя уменьшенное энергопотребление по сравнению с процессорами Sandy Bridge равной частоты. Из прочих новых возможностей стоит упомянуть встроенный контроллер PCI Express 3.0 и поддержку памяти DDR3(L)-1600. Производительность Core i5-3339Y ограничена низким TDP, но он все равно немного быстрее, чем Core i3-3217U, несмотря на более высокий TDP последнего. Встроенная видеокарта Intel HD Graphics 4000 оснащена 16 исполнительными устройствами (EU), работает на частоте 350 МГц и способна ускоряться до 850 МГц с помощью технологии Turbo Boost. Ее производительность сопоставима с AMD Radeon HD 6520G. Core i5-3339Y отличается крайне низким TDP всего в 13 Вт (включая встроенную видеокарту и контроллер памяти), который можно понизить до 10 Вт (cTDP Down). Поэтому он подойдет даже для планшетов, не говоря уже об ультрабуках.
