HiSilicon Kirin 990

HiSilicon Kirin 990 4G - это ARM-чипсет с восьмиядерным процессором, который используется в смартфонах и планшетах на Android; дебютировал на Huawei Mate 30 Pro в конце 2019. Процессорная часть разбита на три кластера. Производительный кластер содержит два ядра Cortex-A76 с частотой до 2.86 ГГц, средний кластер - еще два ядра Cortex-A76 с частотой до 2.09 ГГц, а энергоэффективный сочетает четыре ядра ARM Cortex-A55 с частотой до 1.86 ГГц. В состав чипсета также входит нейропроцессор (2 ядра) для выполнения задач машинного обучения (ИИ) и графика ARM Mali-G76 MP16 с частотой до 600 МГц. В сравнении с 5G-версией, 4G вариант Kirin 990 обладает лишь LTE модемом и меньшей частотой (2 из 3 кластеров и графика).

Kirin 990 выпускается по современному 7-нм техпроцессу на фабрике TSMC.
