Mediatek Dimensity 7300

MediaTek Dimensity 7300 - это ARM SoC среднего уровня для смартфонов (в основном, на базе Android ). Встроенный процессор разделен на два кластера с четырьмя большими ядрами ARM Cortex-A78 с тактовой частотой до 2,5 ГГц и кластер с четырьмя ядрами ARM Cortex-A55 с тактовой частотой до 2 ГГц.

В дополнение к встроенному iGPU ARM Mali-G615 MC2, модель 7300 также предлагает APU 655 от MediaTek для задач искусственного интеллекта. Кроме того, установлен многорежимный модем 5G (2G - 5G) со скоростью загрузки до 3,27 Гбит/с. В дополнение к Wi-Fi 6E поддерживается Bluetooth 5.4.

Чип изготовлен по современному 4-нм техпроцессу и, как утверждается, потребляет на 25% меньше энергии по сравнению со старыми моделями Dimensity 7050.
