Mediatek Dimensity 1300

Mediatek Dimensity 1300 - это высококлассная SoC со встроенным модемом 5G. Он включает в себя три кластера процессоров. Один быстрый ARM Cortex-A78 с частотой до 3 ГГц и 2x кэша L2, 3 дополнительных A78 с частотой до 2,6 ГГц и для энергоэффективности четыре ядра ARM Cortex-A55 с частотой до 2 ГГц. SoC выглядит идентично старшим моделям Dimensity 1200.

Кроме того, в чип интегрирован 9-ядерный графический процессор ARM Mali-G77 MC9, модем Wi-fi 6 (ax), контроллер памяти LPDDR4x (до 5266 Мбит/с), процессор искусственного интеллекта (APU 3.0 с 6 ядрами) и функции де- и кодирования видео (включая AV1).

Чип производится по современному 6-нм техпроцессу и должен быть очень энергоэффективным.
