Mediatek Dimensity 6020

Mediatek Dimensity 6020 - это SoC нижнего среднего ценового диапазона со встроенным модемом 5G. Он включает два быстрых ядра ARM Cortex-A76 с частотой до 2,2 ГГц и шесть энергоэффективных ядер Cortex-A55 с частотой до 2 ГГц (Octa-Core с гетерогенной многопроцессорной обработкой). Технические характеристики аналогичны старой модели Dimensity 700 SoC.

Кроме того, в чип интегрирован 2-ядерный графический процессор ARM Mali-G57 MC2, модем Wi-fi 5, контроллер памяти LPDDR4x-2133, блок обработки AI (APU 3.0) и функции де- и кодирования видео.

Dimensity 6020 производится по более старому 7-нм техпроцессу, как и Dimensity 700.
