realme Pad и Pad mini — стильные бюджетные планшеты в алюминиевом корпусе. С помощью младшей модели можно звонить, но у старшей такой возможности нет. Оба планшета получили отличный громкий стереозвук, но посредственные IPS-экраны с толстыми рамками. И если realme Pad mini спасает небольшая диагональ, то большому realme Pad это только вредит. Хотя для своей ценовой категории оба дисплея смотрятся нормально, ими легко пользоваться под прямыми солнечными лучами. realme Pad и Pad mini работают на бюджетных чипах от MediaTek и Unisoc, но этого хватает для запуска популярных игр, хоть и не на высоких настройках графики. Планшеты шустро работают, у них легкие и приятные в использовании фирменные оболочки. Аккумуляторы также радуют неплохим временем автономной работы, но “быстрая” зарядка мощностью 18 Вт заряжает планшеты очень долго. Если вам нужны недорогие гаджеты для мультимедиа и несложной работы, для нетребовательных игр и удаленного обучения, то realme Pad и Pad mini отличный вариант именно для таких задач.

Как и у любого устройства, у realme Pad будет определенный круг пользователей, которым он подойдет. По соотношению цены и качества планшет может стать отличным решением для студентов и школьников. Здесь и большой дисплей с диагональю 10,4 дюйма для чтения, написания заметок или просто просмотров фильмов. Все это дополняется неплохим звуком, хорошей автономностью и приятной ценой. В России планшет можно купить в магазинах М. Видео с 17 мая за 19 990 (версия 4+64 Гб + Wi-Fi). В подарок в первый месяц продаж покупатели получат опцию единоразовой бесплатной замены экрана в течение шести месяцев после покупки. Это первая попытка компании выйти на рынок бюджетных планшетов на Android. Да, устройство не лишено некоторых недостатков, но при этом вполне справляется с большей частью повседневных задач. Стоит обратить внимание, если в планах была покупка бюджетного «экрана» на каждый день. Или можно подождать еще одну новинку компании — realme Pad mini, который совсем недавно официально представили.

Realme Pad — удачный недорогой планшет, у которого есть несколько существенных преимуществ по сравнению с главными конкурентами, но есть и недостатки. Прежде всего, здесь установлен полноценный Android 11 с сервисами Google, который получит обновление до Android 12. Если для вас это принципиальный аспект, то выбор между данной моделью и, например, Huawei MatePad 2022 очевиден. При этом оболочка Realme UI предлагает некоторые дополнительные приятные возможности — например, разделение экрана между двумя приложениями. Что еще нам понравилось: дизайн (цельнометаллический ультратонкий корпус радует глаз), неплохая автономность (опять-таки, лучше, чем у упомянутой модели Huawei), поддержка быстрой зарядки и соответствующее ЗУ в комплекте. Далее, производительность у планшета Realme выше, чем у того же MatePad 2022, хотя, конечно, до iPad 2021 ему очень далеко по этой части. Экран же, согласно нашему тестированию, хотя и идентичен по основным параметрам дисплею MatePad 2022, уступает ему по ряду качеств.

The Realme Pad's 7100mAh battery is good for 12 hours of life, according to the company. I think the screen would have to be at the lower end of its brightness range to reach this, but I've used this tablet for intermittent streaming, browsing and e-book reading during the review period and never felt the battery was running down too quickly. Charging (18W) every couple of days has been fine for me. Battery performance is acceptable for a tablet at this price. The Realme Pad is a well-made tablet with 4G LTE support and the ability to expand its 128GB of storage via MicroSD. The processor is average and the screen lacks brightness, but the speakers impress. Anyone looking for a tablet for light duties might find this a decent, affordable option.

I would like to praise the company for giving it a try, but it is worth admitting that the first device did not turn out to be perfect, even taking into account the cost. First of all, I was disappointed by a fairly large number of software bugs and flaws. And this is strange, since the smartphones work totally fine. We can only hope that with the upcoming updates, all the issues will be corrected, because otherwise the realme Pad has everything that a budget tablet should have: high-quality materials, a decent screen, good battery life, quality sound, and performance that is enough for media consumption, but not for serious work or overly demanding games.

The Realme Pad is officially sold in two color variants – Real Gold and Real Gray, in 3 storage and RAM configurations. The 3+32 (WiFi) starts at Rs. 13,999, while the 3+32 (LTE) starts at Rs. 15,999. And the top of the line 4+64GB(LTE) starts at Rs. 17,999. If you have not noticed yet, I really like the Realme Pad, and it’s an easy recommendation for anyone looking for an affordable tablet for attending lectures binge-watching the latest shows on OTT platforms. It does many things right, such as impressive battery life, excellent quad-speaker setup, good performance, and more, making it an attractive package for many. However, I would recommend spending a bit more money and buying the 4+64 GB variant, as 3 GB may be a problem for some. The Realme Pad’s closest competitor is the Lenovo Tab M10, but it has a comparatively weaker processor and a smaller 5000 mAh battery. The other competitor is the recently launched Motorola Tab, but it only has an HD screen and no 4G support.

Firstly, it’s great to see a brand like Realme enter the Android tablet segment with the Pad making a good first step. Featuring a premium aluminum body, a vibrant display, and excellent audio thanks to the four speakers with Dolby Atmos, the Realme Pad also sports an audio jack, MicroSD card slot, and a clean Android UI. The Realme Pad is perfectly suited to streaming content and browsing for extended sessions thanks to its impressive battery life. It’s ok for gaming as well so long as you don’t expect high-level graphics and in general usage, it punches above its weight. Priced from $140 in India for the 3/32GB version, the 6/128GB variant that we reviewed is headed to Europe sometime in what’s left of 2021 although the date and pricing haven’t yet been finalized. As long as the pricing remains affordable the Realme Pad should be a hit during the holiday season in Europe. Once Realme reveals the European and UK pricing we’ll update the article accordingly.

The Realme Pad is priced at Rs 13,999 for the base variant that comes sans LTE, and offers 3 gigs of RAM and 32GB storage. Adding LTE to the mix raises the price to Rs 15,999, while the top-end version with 6GB RAM, 64GB storage, and LTE will set you back by Rs 17,999. I think Realme should have added a non-LTE model with 64GB storage as well, but you can avail discounts of up to Rs 2,000 on the two higher variants if you have an HDFC card. As things stand right now, the Realme Pad comes across as a value-for-money option, with the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 being its closest rival in terms of overall specs. While calling it a disruptor might be a bit of a stretch, it’s worth a buy if you’re in the market for a slate that can handle the usual content consumption use cases without blowing a big hole in your pocket.

Даже если я вам покажу в финальном параграфе десяток фотографий с ручками, маркерами и блокнотами, Realme Pad Mini от этого не получит ни поддержку стилусов, ни подходящий под такие творческие задачи экран. Остается вопрос: а для чего он? Потому что без всего этого он похож на недорогой смартфон, который в фотошопе растянули “без шифта”. Если использовать Realme Pad Mini в качестве электронной книги, то он может выдавать очень хорошие показатели автономности. Но опять же все упирается в не самый подходящий для этого экран. Дисплей вашего телефона хоть и не такой здоровенный, но шрифты там отображаются лучше из-за большей кучности пикселей. Для остального медиапотребления, не связанного с текстом, экрана хватит. При условии, конечно, что вы осознаете, на что идете.

За свою стоимость realme Pad Mini является практически безальтернативным решением среди компактных планшетов. Из его сильных сторон стоит выделить наличие LTE модуля, слота для MicroSD карт, приличную автономность, металлический корпус, симпатичную оболочку и добротный стереозвук. Несмотря на невысокое разрешение экрана, за счет качественной матрицы просматривать видео на планшете весьма приятно. Из минусов модели стоит отнести объем внутреннего накопителя только до 64 Гбайт (решается приобретением карты памяти) и не самые лучшие фотовозможности.

Планшет realme Pad mini — из тех устройств, которые не прыгают выше головы и не «рвут рынок», создавая невиданное предложение или перенося в более низкий ценовой диапазон какие-то более элитные признаки. Нет — но при выборе небольшого и недорогого планшета (в первую очередь в голову приходит покупка такого гаджета для ребенка) его точно стоит рассматривать: на общем фоне его выделяют хорошая автономность, металлический корпус, поддержка мобильных сетей, удачные детские режимы Google и качественные стереодинамики. На обратной стороне медали — невысокое разрешение экрана, HD-видео на фронтальной камере (и посредственное качество съемки на тыльную), лишь 64 Гбайт встроенной памяти (но есть слот расширения) и отсутствие сканера отпечатков. Вполне приемлемые компромиссы, на мой взгляд.

I would like to see some more significant changes in the software from the manufacturer, because now the realme Pad and Pad Mini are more like stock Android smartphones. It's compact, with a high-quality body, adequate performance, very good battery life, and full stereo sound. But if you’re looking at the 4GB + 64GB model, that could work, if you really need the smaller size and if budget is an issue. The Realme Pad 2 comes with a price tag of Rs 19,999, which is several notches higher than its predecessor. For what Realme is asking, the brand is giving you a 2K 120Hz display, a relatively smooth processor that can handle basic workloads and entertainment, and bigger battery life, among other things. Overall, it’s a solid tablet in this segment and manages to one-up many of its rivals, such as the Redmi Pad, Moto Tab G62, and Honor Pad X9. While the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is likely to offer a better display and speakers, it doesn’t hold up to the Realme Pad 2 in the battery and chipset departments. Aside from the fact that it is quite a dated model now. Despite some of its downsides, the Realme Pad 2 is easily one of the best tablets under Rs 20,000 in India right now for the simple fact that there aren’t many new tablets in this segment. If you’re looking for a purely entertainment-centric tablet that looks good and is convenient to travel with, the Realme Pad 2 is a great budget option.

From a broader standpoint, the Realme Pad 2 remains the same in terms of form and function as the previous model. It's best used as a media consumption device and nothing more. Realme missed the opportunity to utilise the tablet as a light productivity device by not launching a keyboard accessory with it. Neither can it be used scribble on, because it does not offer stylus support either. However, the Realme Pad 2 builds on the weaknesses of its predecessor and manages to be an all-rounder of sorts by adding high-refresh rate display, an updated processor and cellular connectivity to its feature set. At Rs. 19,999, it's hard to get anything like it in the market. Its closest competition includes the Redmi Pad (Review) and the Oppo Pad Air (Review) which may be priced a bit lower, but lacks cellular connectivity, and have smaller displays and batteries.

realme Pad 2 is an overall good Android tablet for its price, it has a bunch of features and perks that we like including its large 11.5-inch 10-bit display with a crisp 2K resolution, a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate, loud quad speakers with Dolby effect, long-lasting 8,320 mAh battery with fast charging, and more. The good part is that the tablet comes in an LTE variant which gives the users an option to use a 4G connection anytime where they don’t have access to Wi-Fi. In addition to these, the realme Pad 2 is a decent performer (Helio G99) and uses the realme UI 4.0 for extra features on top of Android 13. The realme Pad 2 does have a compelling package and we would surely recommend it to those who are looking for a budget-friendly tablet with LTE support and a solid multimedia experience.

The Realme Pad 2 may not have high-end specifications and features but where the device makes a huge difference is the support for LTE connectivity. In tier-one and tier-two cities, you can easily access high-speed internet via broadband. However, the majority of the population living in smaller towns is devoid of broadband connectivity, and getting a tablet with LTE connectivity is a huge plus point. At Rs 19,999, the Realme Pad 2 tablet is worth checking out but I also encourage you to look for other options with a similar set of features.

The Realme Pad 2 is a no-frill tablet good as a companion big screen device for basic everyday tasks such as attending video calls, checking emails, scrolling social media feeds, reading books, attending online classes, etc. The tablet thin and lightweight construction makes it easy to carry, thus aids portability. However, it is not the device to consider for multimedia experience. Not that it is incapable, but the experience leaves one asking for more.

Графические процессоры этой категории производительности справятся лишь с самыми простыми играми, больше подходя для простых дел - просмотра видео в Сети и обработки документов. Плюсом можно считать скромный нагрев и расход энергии.

ARM Mali-G52 MP2:

Графические процессоры этой категории производительности практически не подходят дли игр, но справятся с самыми простыми делами, вроде отображения 2D-материала на экране умеренного разрешения.
