Можно сказать, что Lenovo ThinkPad T450s получился достойным преемником. Компактный и легкий бизнес-ультрабук хоть и не сможет похвастаться особенной внешностью, все же порадует хорошей производительностью, отлично продуманными устройствами ввода и расширенным набором беспроводных модулей, а также длительной работой от аккумуляторной батареи и быстрой обработкой данных. Более того, устройство имеет матовый 14-дюймовый дисплей, яркости и контрастности которого хватит для бизнес-задач. В общем, если вы охотитесь за надежным ноутбуком, который не только не создаст лишних проблем, а наоборот, решит ваши, то ThinkPad T450s можно рассматривать в качестве удачного варианта. Хотя ценник около $2100 за данную комплектацию заставит серьезно поразмыслить над покупкой.

I own an earlier version of this computer and love it. Lenovo updated it in all the right ways, replacing some of the function keys with dedicated keys for settings, search and task switching instead of a pair of keyboard backlight brightness. They sped it up with newer specs and a faster SSD. At the same time we get the same great keyboard and overall design familiar to ThinkPad users.

Productivity is fine and good, but what if you want to have a little fun too? With Intel HD 5500 integrated graphics, don’t expect to have *too* much fun. I’m partly kidding, of course. We’re living in a low-fi gaming renaissance and the HD 5500 can handle many enjoyable titles. Just don’t expect to finish up Batman: Arkham Knight while waiting at the airport terminal.

It's the little things that can make all the difference, and the Lenovo ThinkPad T450s has them where it counts. The hot-swappable battery, comfortable keyboard, touch screen, build quality, and day-to-day performance are all excellent reasons to pick one up. The Dell Latitude 14 7000 Series (E7450) does trump the T450s on battery life and warranty length, but the T450 tops the Dell laptop with its work-friendly features and lower price.

The Lenovo ThinkPad T450s is bulletproof. No, we don't mean you can shoot it, but you can be reasonably assured it will survive a few drops on the road, a spilled cup of water and even a bit of dust. Yet it's not overly bulky or ungainly, in fact it's rather fetching in that ThinkPad sort of way. You've got to love the Lenovo black matte rectangle to get the ThinkPad's understated elegance.

Lenovo asks $1,530 for the ThinkPad T450s we tested (and that’s not including the optional 6-cell extended battery). That makes it one of the most expensive notebooks we’ve recently reviewed, and we didn’t see much that justifies the cost aside from strong performance. The bottom line is simple: The ThinkPad T450s currently offers the best combination of portability, durability, security, work-friendly design features, performance, and battery life that you can get in a business laptop priced below $1000. The only reasons not to buy the T450s for work are if you simply don’t have the budget or you have a specific need that can’t be addressed by this laptop (4K resolution, high-end discrete graphics, higher-voltage extreme processor performance, etc.).

Графические процессоры этой категории производительности справятся лишь с самыми простыми играми, больше подходя для простых дел - просмотра видео в Сети и обработки документов. Плюсом можно считать скромный нагрев и расход энергии.
