У Nokia 1 есть и свои положительные стороны, конечно. Например, взамен неё сложно взять что-то более крутое в сетевых магазинах за 6 тысяч рублей. Дизайн бодрый и позитивный. А камеры, хоть и делают неинтересные снимки, но тыловая, например, не нуждается в ручной «подстройке» — практически всегда сама выжимает максимум из качества снимков, насколько это возможно для дешёвого сенсора. Наконец, съёмный аккумулятор и сменные задние панели сегодня тоже почти никто не предлагает, и в роли первого смартфона или в амплуа «зато не жалко» сверхбюджетная Nokia своего покупателя найдёт.

Рафинированный коммуникатор, который не хочется выпускать из рук. Компактность, доступность, прочность, оптимизация системы и её же актуальность - всё это производит положительные впечатления, не говоря уж о возврате к истокам в виде сменных панелей. И если вы активно пользуетесь гугловскими сервисами и прочими средствами интернет-связи, а за то, чем не пользуетесь, переплачивать не хотите, то это - однозначно ваш выбор. Если же вы рассматриваете смартфон как мультимедийное, а не коммуникационное устройство, то Nokia 1 вам скорее всего не подойдёт. Впрочем, о фотовидеоигровых смартфонах рассказов на данном ресурсе и так более чем достаточно. А вот о коммуникаторах для уставших от лопат неприхотливых деловых людей - не слишком много за последнее время. Ибо тренды, чёрт бы их побрал. И в качестве юзабельного средства протеста против таковых герой сегодняшнего рассказа вполне сойдёт.

It’s not an uncommon compromise, and in the right situations, I can see it doing the trick. Nevertheless, this feels like a tired refrain. The Nokia 1 Plus is a budget phone that takes the usual shortcuts, but ends up hitting all the expected roadblocks regardless. It’s a bit of a shame to end on such a damp note, since the Nokia 1.4 really isn’t half bad for the price. A phone that costs less than £100 is always going to be treading water, but the Nokia 1.4 comes off quite well, even if it fails to do anything particularly noteworthy. There are better-value options if you’re willing to dip into triple figures, though. Samsung’s Galaxy A21s is still a terrific choice for the budget-savvy buyer, and the Moto G10 is excellent value at £130 as well. However, the Nokia 1.4 finds itself in a league of its own. There’s no other smartphone on the market that costs less than £100, and if your buying budget can’t stretch very far, you’ll really struggle to do any better than this.

Overall, for the price of P4,990, you’ll get the Android Go Edition, 2-year Android support, sturdy and durable build, and long-lasting battery life. The rest have fairly decent performance and will surely help you with day-to-day social media usage. Nokia 1.4 is a notable budget-friendly device that will give satisfaction and long usability not just in one fully charged battery, but also for a couple of years thanks to sturdy and compact built. I appreciate Nokia phones running on stock android, and even in a Go Edition, the experience is seamless. I guess I will continue using this device as a backup daily driver as it will surely last for a year or so.
