Simply brilliant. Dell now offers the XPS 13 with a non-touch display and a more mainstream resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels for a much more affordable price. Not only is the new display brighter, but it's matte as well, which improves outdoor usability. The remainder of the hardware is very similar to the QHD+ version, so the new model inherits both its strengths and weaknesses.

All the same, it’s up against stiff competition from the Asus Zenbook UX305. The £650 Asus is a little slower, larger and heavier, but it’s also a whole lot cheaper than the XPS 13's £1,199 asking price while still being brilliant - even the entry-level 13in MacBook Air costs £849. If size, weight and a backlit keyboard weren’t all-important, that would swing things Asus’s way for us.

Графический ускоритель класса GT2, встроенный в большинство процессоров Intel Core серии Broadwell-U с TDP в 15 Вт.
Графические процессоры этой категории производительности справятся лишь с самыми простыми играми, больше подходя для простых дел - просмотра видео в Сети и обработки документов. Плюсом можно считать скромный нагрев и расход энергии.
