OnePlus Pad 4 — крутой флагманский планшет на Android, который спокойно можно назвать достойной альтернативой 13-дюймовому iPad Pro. Загвоздка лишь в том, что не каждому нужен такой большой и настолько мощный девайс. Если вы работаете исключительно с текстом и потребляете контент — его вам с головой хватит на долгие годы использования. Но назвать планшет действительно заменой ноутбуку нельзя как минимум из-за софта, от которого сегодня мы все очень зависим. В моем случае OnePlus Pad 4 смог закрыть рабочие задачи, и я остался доволен.Это отлично сбалансированное в плане характеристик решение, набитое по максимуму за свой ценник, из-за чего придраться с технической точки зрения тут даже не к чему. Так что если вам нужен большой, мощный планшет — это про OnePlus Pad 4.Если же планируете работать с клавиатурой или стилусом, вы не пожалеете. Лично попробовал заменить ноутбук планшетом для работы с текстом и написания этого же обзора — остался крайне удивлен и доволен. Для игр такой большой планшет не подойдет — разве что только если у вас есть контроллер или вы планируете его докупить. Еще тут круто смотреть фильмы на таком дисплее в связке со здешними динамиками. В общем, не универсальное решение, но одно из самых лучших за эти деньги.

Cut to 2026, and I would be lying if I said tablets, as a product category, still surprise me. There have been many ups and downs, from being mocked as poor cousins of smartphones to becoming some of the most versatile devices available today.

The OnePlus Pad 4 sets a new benchmark for Android tablets in India. An AnTuTu score of 3,960,840, a PCMark battery result of 14 hours and 32 minutes, and a 3.4K 144Hz display; each of these is the best we have recorded in its category for a tablet tested in India. That those three things coexist in a 5.94mm, 672-gram device is genuinely impressive. OxygenOS 16’s productivity features are the most serious attempt at a laptop-replacing experience on an Android tablet yet. Five free-flow windows, overhauled file management, second-screen functionality, and cross-device connectivity across Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac make the Pad 4 a convincing case for leaving the laptop behind. The accessories are sold separately, which means the full laptop-replacing vision comes at a cost beyond the tablet’s price. While the tablet is excellent in performance, software, and battery life, a display this big and spec’d out should have supported HD streaming on Netflix and Prime Video out of the box.

The OnePlus Pad 4 starts at INR 59,999 ($633) for the 8+256GB model, but we would once again implore buyers to go for the 12+512GB model at INR 64,999 ($685). The Pad 4 is not a substantial upgrade over the Pad 3. It is faster, but the Pad 3 was no slouch, either, and that's really the main difference between the two. The more notable difference would likely come from the new accessories, as the OnePlus Pad 4 gets a nice new keyboard and stylus that are exclusive to it. But being similar to its predecessor also means carrying forward its shortcomings. We would have liked to see an OLED display at this point; the missing fingerprint sensor and cellular option are frustrating, and the software lacks polish, most notably seen in the complete lack of palm rejection around the bezels.
