Android 9 и Color OS 6, то есть почти то же самое, что в смартфонах OPPO, а по своей версии ближе к модели A1k, но выглядит немного иначе, с другими иконками. Здесь все выглядит не так, как на обычном андроиде, самобытно, красиво и функционально. Поначалу напоминает что-то между iOS и EMUI на Huawei, но только поначалу. То есть тут реально много различных функций, от управления жестами, умных сервисов и клонирования приложений под разных пользователей до специальных режимов для игр и собственного аудио и видео плееров. По сравнению с OPPO не хватает только фирменного облачного сервиса OPPO Cloud, видимо realme он не положен, а возможно вместе с ним убрали и что-то еще. В качестве других особенностей можно отметить распознавание лица (работает неплохо, иногда со второго раза), модный дизайн и большую батарею.

В целом Realme C2 - это приятный бюджетник, с довольно симпатичной внешностью, хотя и слегка устаревшим “железом”. Впрочем, к его работе претензий нет - лагов минимум, тормозов тоже. Ну, разве что, иногда приложения запускаются чуть дольше, чем хотелось бы. Однако в качестве дебюта компании на рынке - хорошо. Тем, кто считает, что смартфон не должен стоить дороже 10 тысяч рублей, определённо стоит присмотреться. Стоит отметить, что помимо упомянутой в обзоре версии смартфона с памятью 3/32 Гбайт за 8,5 тысяч рублей, будет и младшая версия - 2/16 Гбайт за 7 тысяч. До выхода Xiaomi Redmi 7A это самый выгодный для покупки бюджетный смартфон-восьмиядерник в 2019 году.

The specifications Realme C2 packs for Rs 5,999 are hard to find in other devices at this price range. It has a decent camera, long battery life, and a smudge-free stylish design to boast. However, the phone does not run smoothly and that is probably because of the heavy UI on the entry-level hardware. If Realme C2 came with a clean stock Android software, it could have been the ultimate entry-level smartphone.

Compared to last year’s Realme C1, the C2 is definitely an upgrade. Although the battery capacity is lower than the C1’s, the C2 still has the upper hand with its smaller notch, up-to-date software, good performance, and most especially, its diamond-cut design. A couple of things though, such as the dim panel, lack of fingerprint security, and needing improvement when it comes to edge detection in portrait selfie shots will probably be a drawback for some.
